High Crystalline Epitaxial Layer

Photon Wave has investigated the high crystalline epitaxial layer grown via high temperature metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) in house.

The technology of Photon Wave enables UVA/B/C LEDs with higher efficiencies and longer lifetime in the 230~340nm wavelength range.
