High Crystalline Epitaxial Layer
Photon Wave has investigated the high crystalline epitaxial layer grown via
high temperature metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) in house.
The technology of Photon Wave, a Korean UV LED manufacturer, enables UVA/B/C LEDs with higher efficiencies and longer lifetime in the 230~340nm wavelength range.
